extremely underwhelming stay. the room was musty and dark, with filthy grey towels. the dining room was cold, and breakfast started late, leading to chaos. i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, i was treated like a regular guest. it’s as if they don't care about customer satisfaction anymore. absolutely ridiculous.

The quinta Sao Miguel de Arcos surprised me with its historic charm and welcoming vibe. The owner shared captivating stories about the place's past, making the atmosphere feel personal and engaging. My family room was spacious, featuring a cozy sitting area that I appreciated after a long day walking the Camino. Although the pool provided a refreshing break, some furnishings around the property seemed tired and could use an update. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions, but the dining setup felt chaotic during peak hours, which impacted the overall experience. Despite these hiccups, this place served as a delightful retreat with beautiful surroundings and great food.

Cool rooms with all the amenities, large bath featuring a soaking tub, and a nice terrace for wine relaxation.
Room furnishings in need of replacement with a musty feel, insufficient hangers in the wardrobe, and only one small water bottle provided. Breakfast was chaotic and had a limited start time, causing a scramble for dining space among guests.
